Jake Adams
Founder & Owner
Jake Adams has proudly owned and operated Jake's Heating, Air and Plumbing since 2006. As a lifelong Hoosier, Jake isn’t just a business owner; he’s a neighbor, community leader, and dedicated tradesman who has been in the plumbing and HVAC industry since the age of 18.
From the beginning, Jake believed service should be personal, not just transactional. That belief led him to create the 5 P’s of Service: Prompt, Professional, Patient, Positive, and Polite. These values continue to guide Jake’s team’s interaction with homeowners across Indiana. Whether it’s a first phone call or a final follow-up, Jake has built a company culture where respect and reliability aren’t optional; they’re expected.
Jake is a licensed plumber and HVAC contractor in cities and counties throughout Indiana. His leadership and commitment to doing the right thing have earned him honors like the Master of the Golden Rule Award and the role of Lions Club President, but he’s just as proud of the trust his customers place in him every day.
You won’t find Jake sitting behind a desk. He’s often out in the field, mentoring technicians, reviewing systems, or making sure every job lives up to the standard his name represents. Married to his wife Kelli for over 25 years, and a proud father of four, Jake enjoys snowmobiling, learning new technology, and soaking up time with his family, especially at the beach.

Kelli Adams
Co-Owner & Licensed Plumber
Kelli Adams is the heart behind Jake's Heating, Air and Plumbing. As co-owner and a licensed plumber herself, Kelli brings technical know-how, compassion, and a customer-first mindset to the business. She works side-by-side with her husband, Jake, to ensure that every customer experience lives up to the 5 P’s of Service, which define the company culture.
Kelli believes in doing things the right way, not just the easy way, and that commitment shines through in everything from day-to-day operations to team member training. She’s hands-on, hardworking, and deeply invested in the community her family calls home.
Having raised four children while helping build Jake’s from the ground up, Kelli knows what it means to juggle family, business, and community service. Whether she’s coordinating behind the scenes, helping with customer outreach, or rolling up her sleeves on a plumbing job, she’s all in.
Kelli’s favorite moments are spent with Jake and their kids, preferably outdoors; snowmobiling in the winter, relaxing at the beach in the summer, or simply enjoying the everyday blessings of small-town life. She’s proud to live, work, and serve her neighbors daily.
