Kaleb and Keegan Came out to work on my air conditioning unit. I have a heat pump with an LP furnace as a back up. The unit was only about five years old but unfortunately the condenser had gone out. It was a difficult job and Kaleb was on top of it from beginning to end. Kept me informed of the progress and what was going on and at the end of the day I had a house that was cooling back down to 74° when it had been up in the 80s. Thank you Kaleb and thank you Jake’s. Fortunately for me the unit had a 10 year parts and labor warranty so cost was 0.
