Cameron was patient with my questions and house / heating, cooling history even though it was the last appointment of the day. He also removed the build-up of leaves from inside the outdoor heat exchanger (no one had ever done that before). He also cleaned the dirt off the outside sheetmetal of the outdoor unit -- it looks like a Carrier AC again.

Called Jake’s because my AC was not dehumidifying the home properly. Kaleb came out and spoke to me about it. Instead of pounding a new system down my throat, Kaleb took the time to look at the system as a whole. Gave me some ideas to try before I spent money on adding components or putting a new system in. Great service! Will definitely recommend Jake’s and Kaleb to my customers moving forward.

This is the second time Josh Kennedy has been to my house in the past couple of weeks. The first time was to repair a 15 year old furnace which he did that was past it’s prime. At that time he told me that my current furnace wasn’t that efficient being a 14 seer. He told me about Jakes new furnace deals and everything that came with them. It didn’t take lone to convince me that was the way to go. A new unit would pay for itself in energy savings. Jakes came out and did the installation but Trane shipped a wrong part. It came in and Josh came out and in no time finished the job. He had a new apprentice with him a young man of 18 years of age. Sitting in another room I could over hear Josh clearly explaining what he was doing and why. Sounds like he is getting the next generation of Jakes repair techs in-line. Thanks again Josh see you at service time.

Chris and the crew had a extensive job ahead of them when it came to a new installation of two new furnaces and heat pumps. They arrived on time every day and worked through out the day into the evening for three days. I never thought I would be looking forward to cold weather bills. The Trane system is so quiet you can’t even hear it run. The guys did a very professional installation no short cuts. The clean up real good after themselves. I highly recommend Jakes for you heating and cooling needs. I am already planning on using their services again for a tankless water heating system. Thanks guys again.

Fantastic job

Josh arrived on time and was very personable. He demonstrated a very keen knowledge of my furnace including knowing the date of manufacture prior to even looking it up. Once he got into it he obviously knew his way around it as if he had built it. He installed the broken parts with ease and speed and even rewired a couple of things he said wasn’t wired right during installation. He explained various programs Jakes has for routine maintenance and sales of new units. He made sure I understood everything he did leaving the bad parts. He cleaned up his work space prior to departure. I highly recommend this company. My experience with both techs has been awesome. Jakes even came out on a Saturday since we were without heat.

Donnie was a pleasure to talk to about our small project. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as informative concerning what we are needing done.

Jakes Service team started with a courtesy call. Cameron showed up and was ready to work. He took time to explain everything he was there to do, and how he would communicate that information to me. Cameron was professional and knows his trade. I was able to understand everything he explained to me. His work was efficient and Cameron was upfront about the status of our Furnace. Jake’s was a gem! They provided a free same-day quote and when I pulled the trigger, had a next morning appointment. Chris was an absolute professional and extremely knowledgeable, answering all questions and discussing options for further plumbing improvements after I expressed interest! He arrived at the very beginning of a four-hour window so I did not have to wait around at all! He did a phenomenal job! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Jake’s.

Warranty service on new furnace

I requested a quote at 1am. The guys were here by noon, they helped me diagnose the issues and set me up with someone to come pump my septic. Great people! 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 will use again! Thanks again!
