If you appreciate quality work and friendly people then go with these guys. I had my own auto repair shop for 25 years and know how difficulty it can be finding quality oriented technicians or businesses for that matter but all of the technicians that worked on our install (complete inverter heat pump system including new duct work) were not only quality driven but just great to talk to. They were even great with my daughter who kept asking them all kinds of questions about what they were doing. The time frame in getting the job done seemed reasonable given the work done and quality of work provided. The consultant (he was too nice to call him a salesman) who came out to discuss the types of systems and prices gave us several options to choose from and was friendly, very knowledgable and not pushy at all. Can't say how their prices compare to other companies. Even if they cost a little more we still would have went with them as they were just great people to work with and that is worth something to us.
