I had a water heater that had some fittings that failed and water was spraying everywhere. This happened on a Sunday morning and I called Jake's Heating & plumbing. My technician Chad informed me that the city had to come out to shut my water off since the shut off was located outside several feet down under ground. Then he came right out to my home and was there within half an hour. Once the city shut off my water Chad got to work and fixed the leak. Explained what happened and what I should do next.
