Jake’s installed a gas line for me and Chris showed up within 5 minutes of his estimated arrival time. He was able to work around my concerns. They were done quickly and left no footprint. We are very pleased with our experience and will definitely use Jake’s for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

All services were taken care of. Totally satisfied !

First of all they lied and said our water pressure was at 80 to 85 PSI. Our neighbor checked it and it was at 62 PSI. Technician that came out had to spike earrings coming from his lip this is such an insult I hate seeing piercings on a guy whether it be in his face in his ears. Last They are way too expensive. They quoted me $1,800 and I know that the most expensive water heater like ours is a little over $500 and a pressure bladder there's one to put on it ain't but 30 something dollars.

I definitely will recommend this company to any friend or relative.

Even though Jakes was called by mistake by the home warranty company, Tyler still took the time to diagnose the problems and contact the warranty company to inform them of his findings. Unfortunately, the warranty company insists on the company that installed the system do the fix. But, just based on Tyler, I'm pretty sure Jake's will be my go-to in the future.

When our furnace stopped working The team at Jake’s came to our rescue. Fair prices. Always gives you your repair options and explains what they will need to do. We have used Jake’s for years and will continue to do so. Well done.

Really appreciated the thoroughness with which Heidi attacked the problem with our sump pump system - which had proven to be very difficult to diagnose. Also, a special thank you to the dispatcher at Jake’s Plumbing - who made a special effort to get Heidi over here today, while the problem was occurring.

Heidi, our plumber made us feel very comfortable as she explained our options in regard To our water heater replacement .
