I cannot say enough good things about Chad Butler. He’s been out to our home twice in a couple of weeks for a related issue. He was amazing both times. He’s always timely and respectful. During this most recent visit, he spent plenty of time looking into the issue, doing research, looking into our plumbing, and trying everything he could think of. He was willing to look inside, outside, wherever he needed. He ended up finding a solution to our problem that was easier than expected and cost less than expected. Whatever you’re paying Chad, it’s not enough. I will be recommending Jake’s to everyone I know specifically because of how amazing and knowledgeable Chad is.

Review
$99 service call even if you are using new vehicles at 5 calls a month you are making a payment and I am positive you are doing more than 5 calls a month. I do not mind a business making a profit and at almost $300 an hour for labor I don't think you should make it all from one customer.
