Drew came and took care of the problem in a short time . He was good to explain how he’d make the necessary repair. He was very polite, informative and I was very satisfied with his work performance.

Techs were great. No issues at all! (4 stars not because anything was bad/wrong, but because you always leave room for improvement.). Phone and email services need the kinks worked out though. Somehow I was a vip, then I wasnt…then I am. Super confusing! I also got signed up for services that I never asked for. All was fixed, but I’m sure it is just growing pains. 😉.

The technician (Josh) was very informative and efficient. He always was incredibly detailed cleaning even the outside of our furnace. I like that he came at the beginning of our appointment window and he flat out had a great personality as well. I was comfortable with him in my home, and that doesn’t happen often. Josh answered all of my questions and even helped with a quote with my landlord for possible future work without feeling like a sales lead! He acted like my 4 crazy barking dogs weren’t a bother at all which helps my anxiety. Very professional yet still down to earth. He really was great! Thank you all so much!

Chris and his team did a wonderful job installing a new A/C unit. The work was completed in an organized and effective way. All of the employees did a great job of completing the task efficiently. They explained the process to me and afterwards took the time to explain to me about the new equipment. Also giving me additional instructions for operating the new application for my phone. We have used Jakes Heating and Air conditioning business for 16 years. Anytime we call them they are always prompt, courteous and provide excellent customer service. Chad came out on time to do the estimate. Spent more time analyzing the situation than any other company that bothered to even show up. Of the few that did show up, one wouldn’t even climb up a ladder and two didn’t even submit an estimate. George and a helper showed up on time as scheduled on a Saturday while we were somewhat closed for the appointment and methodically did the work as spelled out. Didn’t have a problem with some small changes that were made last minute that didn’t affect the price. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

From the systems quote through installation, service was excellent! And the speed of service was fantastic. My ac unit went out on Monday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon I had a new unit installed.

I cannot say enough about Chris. He was the lead on an a/c installation team. He called 30 minutes before arriving - and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He answered all questions to satisfaction. Chris explained the entire process, and how the two-stage a/c worked, as well as what to expect from the heat pump, as I have never experienced how a heat pump works. When finished, Chris cleaned up everything as though he had never been there. What an exceptional employee!

John came out to my house as part of an a/c installation team. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the workings of the thermostat clearly and in layman’s terms that I (or anyone) could understand. He answered all questions with patience and clarity.
