I needed a whole new air conditioning unit and have medical needs that require my house to be kept quite cold, the man, Jon, doing the estimate answered all of my questions and asked some of his own to make sure my needs would be met. He went back to the office to talk with someone more experienced to make sure my problems would be fully addressed and called me to let me know the email estimate had been sent. The installers, John and George, were friendly and very hardworking. They answered all of my questions as well as my husband’s even though they’d just put in 12 hours of hard work they didn’t make us feel rushed with our questions at all. Having the AC go out was stressful but Jake’s Heating & Air made the whole process as easy as possible. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was very happy with the service I experienced from the beginning to the end. My Furnace had been limping along for months and stopped finally working in the middle of the night. I called for service and Jakes was in my home within the hour. When I was told I needed a new furnace, they were here promptly the next day to install a new one. My House was left clean and in the manor they found it. They showed me everything from the new thermostat to the new filter. They were great!
