The technician worked to resolve our issue. He had to go get a part and I even offered to allow him to come back the next day to complete the repair and he stated he would not leave us in the cold. He was going to stay and make sure we had heat. He did a great job.

Jakes heating and cooling is based out of Knights town but the techs are dispatched from their homes. The tech that came to my house was local.Come to find out we had some mutual friends. He was professional, informative ,and fast. Would definitely recommend.
