I have been using Jake's for the last 4 years and they have always been extremely professional and courteous. Gary has been out here the most and is extremely knowledgeable.

Robert is a thoughtful and experienced service provider. He was very thorough in our spring check. He explained how my zoned system worked and even volunteered to check duct work in the crawl space for preventative maintenance. He was pleasant and very helpful. Jakes Heating and Cooling is an excellent company and very accommodating.

Donnie determined the reason the water wasn't running. When the call was scheduled, he called me to check something first before he came out. I did what he suggested, however it didn't work. Funny thing though, this was the solution it's just that the handle was too tight and he had to use a wrench to loosen! This is why I love Donnie though-he is always thinking and trying to save a call if not necessary. He is my favorite technician, beside Jake-of course! They are lucky to have him on their team.

Donny came to repair the grounding conductor for the plumbing system so it is connected to both plumbing lines by installing a bonding jumper wire to connect the hot & cold water lines together. I love Donny and everyone I deal with at Jake's!

We experienced a leak and other issues related to our toilet. So we are experiencing the troubles of an older home. But given we have had multiple contractors come out for various things. But this companies employee was the best. I used them with a warranty company I had but I will call them if I ever need a plumber, heating or air conditioning work done they will be the first I call. Great Job!

I called Jakes Heating Air because the other guys wanted more than double the cost that I got from Jake - My Tech was Rick, He was on time and flexible with my time friendly, easy to talk to and worked super fast!!! I will only use Jakes no one else ever!

Jake's heating and Air has come to our rescue more than once and today was no exception. We thought we had an issue with our garbage disposal but it turned out the dishwasher hose had come loose. While it may have been an easy fix this time they have rescued us with our sump pump and hot water heater as well. Always polite and professional and vey knowledgeable.
