The extension and flexible p-trap were the cause of the problem. Took extension off and replaced flexible p-trap. Installed standard p-trap and functioning properly with no leaks.

Checked the garbage disposal blades with disposal wrench. Broke blades free and hit reset button on the bottom of the disposal Working properly. Also checked drain line from dishwasher. It also is functioning properly.
