Tyler came out and readjusted the p-trap that was leaking. I mentioned to him that when we installed the trap it took time before it leaked. I checked about an hour after he left and noticed the drain was leaking again. I sent him pictures and called and was told it would be another hour service call. Very frustrating

The repair woman Heidi was very professional from beginning to end. She communicated effectively to let me know what to expect and there were no surprises. She was efficient in the repairs/replacements (garbage disposal & faucet) that were needed. This was my first experience with this company and I would definitely recommend you to others. Note: Heidi was friendly and ensured that she thoroughly cleaned up after herself.

We are the oldest house on our street and most of our neighbors are going with the BIG companies for repairs and being persuaded to spend BIG bucks on new equipment. Jake's and our service rep Robert, has the knowledge to repair our furnace, save us the big money and keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I highly recommend this company.

Richard (Rick) arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, explained the results and was very professional. I would use him again.

We needed a simple fix for our leaking bathroom faucet (wouldn't turn off). After waiting a week for a service call we were told they had to order a part and we would get a call same day to schedule another service call. The part was to be in the following day. After waiting another 5 days with no call I called the company only to be told they couldn't service us for another 4 days. Scheduling is NOT convenient for people who work AT ALL. Wondering if they will pay our water bill for all the water leaked while they didn't do there job? Incredibly disappointed!

I had to wait for 3 days for a leaking water heater. I called and didn't know what to do in the 3 days. I was told to shut off the water. To the entire house, I asked? Yes, he said (whoever answers your phone). I asked, How do I go without water for 3 days. He said that was the answer he was told my one of your technicians. Not good. But, Don did a great job finding out the problem. Your pricing sheet to replace some fittings seemed very $$ high.

The technictions are very well schooled and up to date on all this new equipment. Very courteous and helpful when explaining the problem.

I have worked with Jake's for my air conditioner and heater maintenance. All of the employees have been pleasant to work with, the call in advance of arrival and provide efficient service.

We appreciate the twice a year check on the heating and cooling. We value the way the technician always takes the time to educate us on our HVAC system.
