The technician Sean was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He did a excellent job.

The technician (Justin) was courteous and professional. He is good at what he does. I want to give Justin 5 stars for the quality of his service. Customer Service was a different story, I was suppose to get my AC fixed on Saturday but because of lack of planning on the company side (indy 500 weekend) they did not get the part on Friday. I had to wait until Tuesday to get it fixed.

I appreciate being able to pay a flat fee for a service call. The cleaning and maintenance BEFORE anything breaks is a great concept.

Robert conducted a very thorough service inspection. He identified and corrected some small deficiencies in the system that if left unattended may have caused major problems in the near future. He and the ladies in the office were all professional, friendly and courteous. Most importantly, I appreciated his sharing with me his findings 'during' the service call which allowed me to be proactive and have him perform the preventative maintenance required before he left. Now I won't worry about my system making it through the summer!! I will definitely be calling them for any future A/C or furnace needs!

William was excellent. He double checked the work and verified that the problem was much more insignificant than once thought this saving us hundreds of dollars. His attention to detail should be valued and admired within the organization.

Called at 4 pm Thursday, AC was fixed by 2 pm Friday. Seemed to be a very fair price. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Dave did an excellent job fixing a very old and stubborn to change main water valve. He also did some gas line repairs. He was pleasant, professional and kind. I will request him should I need any other plumbing repairs.

Donny was fantastic. I was thrilled that I was able to get serviced the same day I called! It was great for him to call when he was on his way, and he was very friendly and quick but complete with his work. I'd definitely call to have him fix any future issues in my home! He also didn't mind my dog's constant whining and barking. :)
