Well today was 96 for high for the umpteenth day in a row, and the capacitor on our AC decide it was time to kick the bucket around 8pm. Our indoor temp jumped to 85 so fast! I have a senior dog who overheats quickly so I needed to get to AC back on and fast! Called 4 other AC companies and no one answered. Called Jake’s, and a lovely woman answered the phone! I can’t remember her name (Marsha/Martha I think… today is 7/22 so you can figure out who was on call for the appt line…)and she was super helpful! She was able to send Josh who was on call. He arrived around 9:40pm and had our AC back up by 10:30! Even showed us the part on the unit that went out. He got us set up with a regular maintenance schedule as well! Friendly, efficient, and fast! It’s now 12:30am and I’m so incredibly grateful to not be sleeping in 85 temps indoors! I cannot thank Josh, the receptionist, and Jake’s for having emergency services available after hours! My family thanks you! Especially my 14 year old min pin who’s sound asleep in a 71 degree house! New customer for life! See you in the fall for maintenance! Highly Recommend!
