This was a great experience from start to finish. While there were a couple of little scheduling mishaps, Jake’s customer service was great to work with & very helpful each time communication was necessary. Chris himself was also great to work with; very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, patient and willing to answer questions, and eager to get the job done and done well. Additionally, for this particular job, Jake’s charged by the footage of PVC being installed versus hours worked or other factors involved in the job, which made it very affordable. Some of the other local plumbing/HVAC/heating companies that are comparable in size to Jake’s would’ve bankrupted me for this difficult of a job, so I’m thankful I gave them a call. For jobs I can’t handle myself in the future, I’ll definitely be giving Jake’s a call again.
