From the systems quote through installation, service was excellent! And the speed of service was fantastic. My ac unit went out on Monday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon I had a new unit installed.

I cannot say enough about Chris. He was the lead on an a/c installation team. He called 30 minutes before arriving - and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He answered all questions to satisfaction. Chris explained the entire process, and how the two-stage a/c worked, as well as what to expect from the heat pump, as I have never experienced how a heat pump works. When finished, Chris cleaned up everything as though he had never been there. What an exceptional employee!

John came out to my house as part of an a/c installation team. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the workings of the thermostat clearly and in layman’s terms that I (or anyone) could understand. He answered all questions with patience and clarity.

Jake’s always does a great job. They evaluate heating and cooling system well, give feedback And take pride in their work to keep equipment running efficiently. Cameron did a great job today !!!!

We have the VIP annual service plan. Worth every penny! During our annual service to our furnace and water heater, we had a leak under our home. The plumber came out the same day and fixed the leak. This is one of the benefits to the, VIP service plan.

We were having a small problem with our furnace. We called on a Thursday afternoon. They offered to have someone come out within a few hours. However, as this was not an emergency, we said that the next day would be fine. They had someone at our house before 8:30 Friday morning. They isolated the problem, they sent a Nother technician out Friday afternoon simply to bring a filter. The filter that they brought out is usually something you have to order, but instead of making us order the filter, they went and picked it up and brought it to us. They installed the furnace about six months ago. They definitely stand behind their products. From day one, we knew we were dealing with a great company. We have definitely used them for all of our heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing needs. You will not go wrong with, Jake’s heating and air. The only drawback is, they don’t do electrician work. ☺️

No matter what service they provide, we have always been pleased with the technician, and the people that answer the phones. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. We have had no complaints. Our new water heater, and furnace, have both come from Jake’s heating and air.

I was referred to Jake’s by my mother-in-law who was very, very impressed with Garrett and the professionalism he showed, and his genuine concern for her problem. When I contacted Jake’s, I was surprised by the wonderful phone greeting and kindness of the office staff (Emily, and Patty.) I was able to schedule an appointment that fit into my schedule. I was notified one hour before arrival by the technician, Tyler. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in “Layman’s term” that I could understand. On the day of the service, I had the pleasure of getting to know Tyler, Donnie and Garret. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained everything they were going to do in great detail. They all worked into the evening to ensure I would have an A/C for the night. I would definitely recommend Jake’s to anybody in need of the services they provide. ....on a side note: throughout the day, I offered the men cold water from the fridge I had in the garage, as it was very hot in the attic. Later that night, I was surprised to find money they had left in the fridge for the water I had offered them - what class!! Oh yeah! My wife and I also had the pleasure of seeing the “Tyler Dance” as he was leaving. ...Anybody that has the privilege of having Tyler for a technician must ask for the “Dance” after the service is complete. Plumber got work done and all my issues fix !

It’s hard to put it in words. After four weeks and seven trips to fix a leaking tub faucet really does seem unbelievable. But getting parts I think slowed it down. Donnie got it fixed once he was able to determine where the problem was. It was aggravating after about two weeks though. I think you would have to agree that is too long to fix a leaky faucet. I’m glad it is finally done!!

Had a appointment scheduled a week in advance . Took day off to accommodate this . Only to be told they are going to have to reschedule morning of appointment . Due to sickness of plumbers . Thinking Saturday woulda been fine but no offer for that . Just really late on that appointment day only . Which wasn’t good at all . Faucet was replaced and the pro was great by Tyler . But a week later due too a reschedule
