Professional and Fair Procing

Scheduled AC maintenance. Dakota explained what was to be done. Once completed he went over his findings in detail. He actually found something with the heat exchanger (furnace) and brought to my attention. He then gave me prices on anything that needed to be fixed. He was very thorough and is always polite and personable.

Cameron came today and spent several hours going over my HVAC systems with a fine toothed comb. He said I was ready for the cooling season which gives me great peace of mind.

I’ve always been impressed with the service level and professionalism of Jake’s. This visit by Cameron was no different. He seemed knowledgeable and took the time to assess and maintain our units.

Cameron was here this morning to give my heating system it’s winter check up. Cameron was courteous and knowledgeable. He went right to work and when he was finished explained everything about what he found during his inspection. He suggested a couple of services that I might like to take advantage of. I decided on one and he gave me a nice discount because of my continued loyalty. I trust Jake’s to take care of the most important system in my home.
