Replaced bad water heater, with new 75 gallon gas power vent water heater. When removing old water heater put a couple of scuffs on tile, no gouge's.
Checked out sump pump, cleaned float assembly and reinstalled. Pump is functioning properly. Also checked all plumbing since homeowner is preparing to move.
