Paul was prompt, experienced, informative and efficient. He fixed the pipes in my shower and replaced the shower head and fixtures.

Cameron G arrived promptly to fix my furnace. He explained what needed to be fixed and kept me updated on progress. He gave me alternative solutions and the pro and cons of each. I’m very pleased with the service.

Satisfied beyond every exception. The products installed to fix my worn all house sump pump are fantastic. Our family’s very happy and will call on Jakes in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

Burst pipes, had water leaking from upstairs shower to downstairs. Jake assessed the source, shut off the water inside and outside. He contacted restore place so I can get an estimate on damage. Informative, empathetic and fast service. Very pleased with my experience so far.

Knows what he’s doing

Cameron was the technician that came to do the yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He took time to introduce himself, did the maintenance in a timely fashion, and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. We would love to have him come back next year. American Home Shield dispatched Jake's plumbing for an issue I reported. They were able to be here the following day. Josh called me and told me he was running ahead and wondered if he could come early! He arrived before the scheduled time, was polite and professional, and resolved the issue. He also gave me quotes for 2 other items for which I inquired. He wore shoe protectors in the house and did not leave a mess.
