Burst pipes, had water leaking from upstairs shower to downstairs. Jake assessed the source, shut off the water inside and outside. He contacted restore place so I can get an estimate on damage. Informative, empathetic and fast service. Very pleased with my experience so far.

Knows what he’s doing

Cameron was the technician that came to do the yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He took time to introduce himself, did the maintenance in a timely fashion, and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. We would love to have him come back next year. American Home Shield dispatched Jake's plumbing for an issue I reported. They were able to be here the following day. Josh called me and told me he was running ahead and wondered if he could come early! He arrived before the scheduled time, was polite and professional, and resolved the issue. He also gave me quotes for 2 other items for which I inquired. He wore shoe protectors in the house and did not leave a mess.

I thought the issue was resolved when John left, but it wasn't. the unit never did cool the house down and you are coming back next Tuesday to look at it again. As far as John is concerned, he was very pleasant and the only reason I cannot give the service 5 stars is because the issue was not resolved.
