I thought the issue was resolved when John left, but it wasn't. the unit never did cool the house down and you are coming back next Tuesday to look at it again. As far as John is concerned, he was very pleasant and the only reason I cannot give the service 5 stars is because the issue was not resolved.

Dakota and Gary were very professional, efficient, and in my opinion very knowledgeable regarding the systems they were working on. Also they were friendly and customer oriented.

I had 2 contractors coming to my house & both were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain me the defects & were early to start the work. The scheduling staff isn’t friendly but overall the experience was great.

Robert B. came out to service our furnace. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat and stayed to verify the fix had worked. We will definitely be working with Jake’s Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC needs moving forward!

We had a few minor plumbing issues to our bathroom and kitchen faucets. Our home warranty covered these problems. And the warranty company sent out 3 separate companies over 5 separate working days with no work performed and no answers. Finally, the warranty company sent out Jakes. Josh from Jakes showed up right on time, and in a very short time fixed all but one faucet (Josh needed to order a new part for this issue). Josh ordered a new faucet and within a week was back to replace the bad faucet. Once he was right on time and repairs were made quickly. Very satisfied!

Good customer service

Do not work with this company. A hose bib leak turned out into a senseless story about high water pressure in the house and a quote of $1,500 to fix it. No other faucet is leaked ng and the pipes are not bursting in my house or neighborhood. And the plumber didn’t even check the integrity of hose bib washer.
