We had a pump installed on a Friday. The 2 men that were at the house were very nice guys and seemed to know the job (didn't see a request for a survey). Unfortunately, there was something in the pump pit that interfered with the pump cycle. This service call corrected that problem. He was open to say what the problem was and seemed to correct it.

Tyler came out to see about sump pump after i contacted my HSA, home warranty within 24rs which is covered under my warranty. Great service and great educated me on my issues. I recommend Jakes to anyone. They have great dedicated staff. Only thing i don't really care for is that upgrade service package from Jakes for my sump pump. It seemed very pricy and not getting that much upgrade unless you to higher level of an upgrade. But, it is good to know to have an upgrade option. It come with extra warranty security.

My husband and I were beyond pleased with our expierience with Jakes Heating and Air. We had a previous appointment with another contractor and it was an awful expierience. When Tyler arrived it was a completely different expierience. He was very professional and kept us informed during the entire process. By far, the fastest service that I have received through my Home owners insurance was Jakes. I put my request for service in through my home warranty, American Home Shield,late at night. I had a friendly rexeptionist calling me before 8am the very next morning. Service was scheduled within a couple of days, which was fine. Donnie gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving and had my work completed before 10am. He was very courteous and professional and I certainly appreciated it. Hopefully, I don't have any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do, I am definitely calling Jake's!

Gary from Jakes is one of the most knowledgeable technicans. He always educates me on what is causing the issue and how he is going to fix it and what the repair will do for my furnace. Jakes will work with your work schedule, call 30 mins out from the apt and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with your service. Highly recommend them for all heating, plumbing and air needs.

The worker that came out to my house, was very nice and knowledgeable of what he was doing. I love the fact that he respected my home by keeping things neat and clean and wearing his plastic shoe covers.
