Unfortunately my home warranty company is requesting a second opinion and this is no reflection on Robert's work. He did a great job and explained how this worked. I do wish he could have finished the job but it's in the hands of the home warranty company now. I will be purchasing a service agreement for my furnace and hvac and will request Robert.
