I received a call before hand letting me know an estimated time he would arrive. He arrived during the time given. With me not knowing ANYTHING about a water heater, he did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He was very professional! Thank you!

This winter service was no help but tech managed to hook a year contract. We spend electricity $ with a leak in the furnace. Spring service took their time to fix the leak in the furnace until summer. the contract ... well only a ten percent off on the first spring service call. In my opinion, I was over charged twice for something their first tech should have found in the first place. The good thing about it is that they will do a cleaning of the A/C as soon as they call me , when ever they a ready, that I hope it will be sooner than next summer.

I had an appointment for service at 8:00am today and the technician didn't arrive until after 10:00am...in the technicians defense, the office incorrectly stated the wrong arrival time. Rick the technician did a great job, was very helpful and even offered advice related to a dehumidifier recall and the possibility of fire. Jakes has been my AC/Furnace service company for over three years and they've always done a great job.

Donnie came to our soon to be new home to clean and check the AC, which needed it desperately and to remove the dishwasher. He is such a hard worker helpful and very knowledgeable. This is why no matter if I am moving will keep Jakes as my only HVAC and Plumbing source. I will also recommend to our buyer!!
