The technician came out for a routine spring AC service the AC wouldn't start he was able to trace down the wire problem and repair it. AC is serviced and ready for the season .

Tyler was a good serviceman. He was very polite and helpful in explaining the issue and what needed to be done.

Jake's was extremely professional and helpful when I called to make an appointment to fix a leaking water heater. They fit me in the following day, first appointment of the day. I have worked with many other companies and it always seems to be a hassle to get scheduled in a timely manner, but Jake's was different. When the technician came to my home, he was actually early, which was much appreciated, and he was professional and informative of the issues with my device. They were able to order a new water heater quickly and I look forward to the next appointment when it can be installed.

He gave me more than one solution for the question I had, now I can chose and don't feel like I have to break the bank... I will use this company again.

Great service, fast, friendly, infomative! My only concern is that when customers are calling in, the receptionist needs to make it known up front that Jake's has flat rate pricing and what that includes (labor, taxes, etc.). Overall, we're extremely happy with the work, but I feel like it's something that should be told first off. Will definitely keep Jake's at the top of the list when it comes to all our HVAC needs!!

I have always had problems with the service provider that my home warranty company would send to make repairs. Jake's Heating and Air is the first company that I can say I am totally satisfied with the service. Rick diagnosed the problem and made the repair within a couple hours. They've been to my house several times and recently I purchased the maintenance package. they arrived on-time to tune-up my service, replaced the filter and even replaced the batteries in my smoke alarm because it was chirping. highlight recommend.

The service man, and the two people I talked to on the phone, were all very nice, and friendly. The service man was knowledgeable, and explained the problem and what it would take to correct it. Had to wait a few days for the part, but it is an old furnace. Since it was through our homeowners insurance, the price was great.
