Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The service man, and the two people I talked to on the phone, were all very nice, and friendly. The service man was knowledgeable, and explained the problem and what it would take to correct it. Had to wait a few days for the part, but it is an old furnace. Since it was through our homeowners insurance, the price was great.

My heater has not been working so I called my home warranty people and they sent out someone from Jakes. When the gentleman arrived, I explained what Williams Comfort Air had found when they came to service my heater shortly after I moved in. I even called Williams comfort air because I could not find the paperwork they had given to me. The gentleman looked at my furnace and said he could not find anything wrong and it seemed to be working just fine. The heater ran fine for one day and stopped heating. The furnace kicks on like it's about to heat the house, but it doesn't. I'm disappointed in the service. The gentleman was very friendly and explained a lot about cost of a new furnace and possible out of pocket expenses regardless of my home warranty, but the issue has not been fixed.

Had gotten a few quotes to have a blower motor repaired. 2 gave me a cost of half of what a new furnace would be. Jake's cost made it a no brainer to fix rather then replace the unit. It has been completed and is working great again.

Technician Rick was there on time (actually early), found our A/C problem, happened to have the part needed on his truck and was in and out in less than an hour. A good end to 90+ degree day.

Had a few issues getting service today but got that resolved and repair was done quickly.

Jakes technician came out over the weekend to perform service to my unit even though they don't work on the weekends. There was great communication involved on when he would arrive and how long the service would take to install. I am very satisfied with the care and compassion the technician provided to me.
