Our AC UNIT stopped working in our new place and our home warranty went through Jake's Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent a representative out "Ricky" who was excellent. Had great customer service and professionalism and resolved our problem within a short time (believe withing a hour!). I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism they showed.

These guys have always been friendly, honest, and they go the extra mile. We've trusted them with several major installs based on their courtesy.

Donnie was here within 45 minutes and solved our problem quickly. He wore booties so he wouldn't damage our carpet, and even cleaned up after. I will recommend Jake's to everyone.

Failing HVAC systems are terrible. They put you in a bad mood and make your living conditions uncomfortable. Worked with Morgan and Justin on separate incidents. Guys do what it takes to fix the issue and provide top notch customer service.

Hello, We have always have had a GREAT experience with jakes heating and ac. I wish I could say this for this last visit. When I came home from work on Friday night, my wife told me that the ac is leaking water. I went downstairs to check on it and yes, it was leaking water. There was water coming from the coil compartment I believe leaking over the furnace and air filter. There was half inch of water also in the air filter compartment which I had to dry off. Most of the air filter was wet as well. We would like this issue resolved as soon as possible and we hope for better experience this time. Thank you.

Tom was due to arrive early afternoon, but called around 11:30 to see if he could come early. He asked appropriate questions to diagnose the problem. He explained everything to me and answered my questions. Tom even contacted my home warranty service to explain everything for me.

Mr. Rick W., was brought into the job in the middle of the ongoing service; however, he managed to take the lead and the accountability for the previous services. rick, styed with the issues and exhausted all his experience and training to determine the final decision he made of the air conditioning unit. Rick's attitude was very pleasant to the older home owner at the premise. Thank You again!

Morgan Coffey from Jakes heating, air and plumbing, was the service technician that came out to fix our central air, after other companies could not figure it out, Morgan found the issue and had our air up and running. He was very polite and professional, and his knowledge of heating and air systems is a true asset, we were about to give up, until Morgan was sent to check our system out, we were very impressed by his dedication and the skills he used to fix our system and insure all is well.
