They’ve always picked up the phone when I’ve called, always have friendly receptionists, prompt service and the technicians are all really nice. Can’t recommend them more!

I had someone come to my home, said I needed a new toilet and I have had zero communication since that date of service. I have no idea when or if I am ever having my new toilet installed.

Customer service is almost obsolete unfortunately, but FORTUNATELY Jakes Heating and Air has held on to the old school value of treating their customers with respect and kindness in such a natural way. It is deeply appreciated. They fixed my heater in the allotted time they estimated. If I need JH&A for any repairs they are the ones to call and recommend to family and friends. Keep up the Great work!

We’ve chosen Jakes ever since our home warranty used them as an approved vendor to service our A/C unit. We use them for twice a year inspections in our A/C and Furnace. They do a thorough job of letting us know all information and pricing and leaving the decision up to us when fixes and updates are needed. No pushy sales, just options. Being a mom-at-home they are friendly to my kids but never stick around longer than necessary. I’ve renewed the service agreement for the last two years because I trust them to provide what is needed.

John and Dakota are the two Jake’s employees I worked with. Both were a pleasure and work consultative while being efficient. I could not imagine a better service or better people. Thank you guys very much and wish other companies operated the way you do.

Donnie is the absolute man. My main line in my house was busted and leaking like crazy, and like the super human he is, came in and restored peace into the household! Didn’t have water for 2 days. He Had to replace the main valve, and did so quickly and efficiently. 12/10 would recommend them. Can’t thank them enough if I tried. He was there early, and got me all fixed up!

Gary was very knowledgeable concerning our boiler heat system. We are now prepared for the winter season.
