Amazing customer service skills very friendly!! Only problem I had was you guys made me wait another week without ac bc I didn't answer the phone call however I was at the house to let someone in..... And he said he could have came that day but the office said no bc I didn't answer the phone!

My problem with home warranty companies is timing. In this case plumbing problem was called in on Wednesday and won't be repaired or replaced until Monday. In the meantime water has damaged hardwood floor and carpet. Pricing seems fair but in this case repair timing is not
