Chris was excellent. I was not at home during the service. He communicated by text, knowing I was unavailable, which was great. Sent a text he was in his way and arrival time. He arrived on schedule. After he finished he took the extra time to communicate again. Not just that the job was complete but took the time to provide addn information. He took the time to send me photos of the work completed, explain the addn work required and explanations and a quick explanation on how to adjust temperature. I so appreciate his work and communication. No stone unturned in the work he did. Kudos to Chris How about a pay increase too?

Great fix

I've utilized Jake's Heating and Plumbing over the past few years and have always been very happy with their work as well as their customer service. more companies should take notes from this company.

We recently had a tune-up on our furnace in a house we recently bought. Also had all the duct work which hadn't been done for 14 years. Joey and Garrett shared the responsibilities of the work. They both knew their stuff, provided a detailed run-down of the issues seen in the aging furnace; tuned and cleaned it up. After doing a very thorough cleaning of the ducts, they even cleaned all the air vent grilles, swept rugs and cleaned floors and surfaces of where some of the debris fell. They care deeply for their customers and provide white glove service. Very knowledgeable and professional. I won't hesitate to stay with Jake's for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. They know their stuff and go above and beyond to please!

Timeliness on a very cold day was important. Garrett came with a smile, kindness and thoroughness seemingly taking time to check furnace. He explained the situation with kind consideration dealing with a senior citizen. He was a pleasure. had a calmness in our conversation. giving me details to handle in the days coming and. dealing with extremely Lowe temperatures. In addition, office staff contacted him and together he was at my home in thirty minutes.

The plumbers name was Duwane and he was early and on time. He explained everything was very professional and courteous. He was very proud of the company that he worked for and that the people were very good with customers that worked there and did a very good job. Dwayne was unable to completely fix the problem and referred us onto another company that was able to do that part of it. Will Definitely request Jakes heating air and plumbing again!

We had a problem with our HVAC service and our Home Warranty company called Jake's to do the repair. Josh came out and was very professional and very knowledgeable about the issues we were having. They found the issue and communicated it to the Home Warranty company in a way that the warranty company covered the entire replacement of the bad coil. Ca couple of months earlier we had the same problem and the company they sent could not get them to repair it correctly. I would highly recommend Jake's Heating, Air, and Plumbing.

The plumber has helpful, answered questions, and when he needed different parts because our disposal wasn’t up to code - he drove to the store and came back with new hardware!
