It is most reassuring to know I won’t get cold in the winter or hot in the summer with Jake’s services. Called 7:45 am on Saturday before Christmas with heater issues.... was all fixed up, warm and cozy before 2 pm. What a pleasure to have had Robert out for this service call!

My experience with Jakes Heating has always been great. My heat stopped working my home owners service would have jakes out for a day or so and it was getting colder outside. Mr.Jake himself came out that night about 2 or 3 hours later. Mr. Jake was a true God sent person. He made sure my family would not be sleeping in the cold. For that I will always use only Jakes. The thing I like best about Jake's Heating and Cooling is that they are always Johnny on the spot. Meaning when I have an appointment they are always on time. The service technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable. Plus the technicians seem to go out of there way to help. Mine even add salt to our water softener. Was due to go out of town before water heater repair - company said no problem. Before we left town, company called us to schedule repair for the day after we got back and were here first thing in the morning to conduct said repairs. Now that's customer service. They were very proactive and understanding.

I’ve used this company last year for water heater repairs and was very pleased with the electrician’s work and patience as he walked me through the repairs explaining everything he was doing. Today I needed my garbage disposal repaired. The plumber, Dewayne, showed up at scheduled time and actually waited a bit for me to arrive. His personality was great and when I arrived he was ready to go. He quickly replaced it, packed up, and was done in no time. Good service, good people. I’d recommend Jake’s to anyone.
