I called Jake’s for a second opinion because I was told I needed a new ac unit. They came out the next day and found the problem and fixed it same day and the cost was Less than $300. No new ac unit needed! I appreciated the honest feedback and being able get my ac up and running quickly! I will always be calling Jake’s now!

Dwayne came out to fix a leaky shower faucet for me, and besides doing a great job, was a very friendly guy... my dog agreed too!

My electric bill for December to January was $235+ so I called my home warranty provider and the service technician arrived around noonish. I had heat restored in 15 minutes (120 degrees!) I told the guy a couple of time he was really a lifesaver as I was not looking forward to another winter in a 56 degree home when my thermostat is set to 70. He explained the whole process and provided options. He will be returning to make the. necessary repairs. Thanks Robert for your assistance.
